USE, SCOPE, AND PURPOSE OF STORAGE AND PROCESSING

We store and process personal data for the purpose of sending responses to inquiries, maintaining contact with customers, potential marketing communications via email, and profiling customers with the aim of tailoring content and product offers to customers in email and on websites.

For the purpose of sending messages, we use and store:

• First name and last name,
• email address.

For the purpose of email notifications, we use and store:

• Email address,
• first name and last name.

Personal data is managed by the following persons:

DATA STORAGE

By submitting an online order, the user agrees to the storage of personal data. We store personal data within the territory of the Republic of Slovenia and do not share it with other countries or companies.

STORAGE PERIOD

We store an individual’s personal data until the withdrawal of consent for the storage and processing of the individual’s data. Upon withdrawal of an individual’s consent, we will immediately, effectively, and permanently delete their personal data.

If our company were to discontinue the purposes described above, for which we store and process personal data, we will immediately, effectively, and permanently delete the data collections for which the purpose has ceased.

RIGHTS OF THE INDIVIDUAL (PERSON)

Every individual can request the following for their data at any time

• access,
• correction,
• supplementation,
• transcription,
• copying,
• complete deletion,
• transfer to another provider of related services,
• termination of processing and storage or withdrawal of consent for processing and storage, without affecting the lawfulness of processing that was carried out on the basis of consent until its withdrawal.

In the event that our company wishes to further process personal data for a purpose other than the purpose for which the personal data was collected, we will provide the individual with information about that other purpose and all further relevant information, as provided in this text, before such further processing of data.

If an individual believes that their rights regarding the protection of their personal data have been violated in any way by us, they may lodge a complaint at any time with the supervisory authority – the Information Commissioner in the Republic of Slovenia: Republic of Slovenia, Information Commissioner, Zaloška 59, 1000 Ljubljana.

We will do everything in our power to help individuals exercise their rights.
